• Complete the application in full. You may fill it out electronically using Adobe to email, or you may print & mail it.
• Make Payment for your application. You may use paypal or mail a check.(payable to Deana Pendragon)
• Provide us with a video. You may give us a link to an online video or mail a dvd of the act you will perform
• Send 2 print quality photos in digital format with your application by email or on a disc.

DEADLINES: ALL applications must be received by September 12th.

NOTIFICATIONS: You will receive a confirmation when your application arrives.

All applicants will be notified of application status no later than September 18th.

All fields in the application must be completed. Incomplete entries may not be considered.
